This policy explains how TECHNOARTH processes personal data under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the GDPR and equivalent laws.

Data we process today
- Server logs: IP address, date/time, page requested, browser and operating system, generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and operation.
- Contact form: name, email, subject and message. They are sent to our team by email and are not stored in the site’s database.
- Theme preference (light/dark): stored only in your browser (local storage) if you use the theme button; it is not sent to our server.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): pages visited, reading time, traffic source, device type and approximate location, with identifiers stored in cookies. We only use this data in aggregate, to learn which content is useful.
- Advertising (Google AdSense): Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to serve ads, cap how often you see them, measure results and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalized based on your visits to this and other sites, or non-personalized, depending on your choice.
The site has no comments or reader accounts.
Purposes and legal bases
- Keeping the site secure and running (legitimate interests).
- Replying to your messages (legitimate interests / steps taken at your request).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as retaining access logs as required by Brazilian law (legal obligation).
- Measuring our audience and showing ads that keep the site free (legitimate interests; for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, consent).
Sharing
Data is processed by our hosting provider, our email provider and Google (Analytics and AdSense) solely to provide those services. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to authorities when legally required.
International transfers
Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. In those cases we use providers offering appropriate safeguards.
Retention
- Access logs: at least 6 months as required by law, or the period applied by our hosting provider.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights

Advertising and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: advertising and measurement cookies are only used after your consent, collected through a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change your choice at any time.
