Aion 2, the open-world MMORPG from South Korean publisher NCSOFT, launches in the West on October 5, 2026. The game has been out in South Korea and Taiwan since November 2025 and is now getting a global release in North America, South America, Europe and Japan.

The launch was originally planned for September and was pushed to October.
Is it coming to PS5, Xbox or mobile?
Not for now. The announced global version is PC only, on Windows. In Korea and Taiwan the game also has a mobile version, but NCSOFT hasn’t announced mobile or console versions for the global launch. Be wary of sites and apps offering “Aion 2 mobile” downloads: they may be scams or malware.

NCSOFT recommends an SSD and notes that, on the minimum specs, you’ll need to use the Very Low graphics preset at 1080p.

- Don’t buy “ready-made accounts”, “items” or “early access” outside the official store.

FAQ
Do I have to pay to play?
No. The game is free. The Founder’s Pack is optional and gives you early access and items.
Can I play on a laptop?
Yes, if the laptop has a dedicated graphics card that meets the requirements. Laptops with only basic integrated graphics tend to fall below the minimum.
